The chief coffee maker, one of the hasoda aghas, was responsible for preparing the coffee that the sultan would drink. Vüzerây-ı izâm coffee maker means great vizier's coffee maker. Zülüflü baltacı kethüdası is the name given to the highest chief of zülüflü baltacıs.
